He will lead Boston Dynamics’ operational strategic planning efforts, including prototype and pilot production, facility planning, and supply chain design analysis. “Boston Dynamics is rapidly expanding thanks to the successful debut of our first commercial robot, Spot, which is now being used across the globe to tackle hazardous tasks in dangerous environments like power plants, decommissioned nuclear sites and construction projects.” said Robert Playter, CEO of Boston Dynamics. “Both Marc Theermann and John Distelzweig bring valuable commercialization experience to the Boston Dynamics’ team, which is critical to our continued growth and will be instrumental as operational adoption of our robots expands.”

In the last year, the company has grown to more than 300 people and is continuing to expand its team to meet the growing demand for its products. Visit our Careers page to learn about our current job listings and life at Boston Dynamics.
